HHSRS Amended for England From 23 June 2026

Form 3A Section 8 Notice Now Available in Tenancy Builder

The Renters' Rights Act Form 3A section 8 notice is now available in Tenancy Builder for England under the Other Forms section. The Guild version helps by automatically adding the required legal wording for the possession grounds selected, instead of landlords having to copy it manually from the separate GOV.UK legal wording PDF.

Landlords must still choose the correct grounds, add a factual explanation, check dates, sign, serve correctly and keep evidence of service.
