Not a post we wanted to do but unfortunately due to extremely late payments, we have been forced to make a decision that we have taken serious consideration on and didn't want to make.

We are now taking a percentage of payment at the beginning of the job.
This is to ensure that our bills are still able to be paid and is not for profit or gain in anyway.

As a small business late payments may not seem a big thing but after insurances and other business related costs it really can put strain on us.
We have such wonderful returning clients and appreciate every one of you using HG3 Property Maintenance.

Our main focus is and always has been to provide a good quality service at affordable prices and this decision does not reflect on that at all. We hope you all understand that this was a very last resort for us but one that we have unfortunately had to make.

Once again, thank you to everyone that continues to use us and support us.

We have been working alongside another small business, Stevos exterior cleaning. Making sure the gutters on this building were clear and clean!
