The importance of having a Will & Enduring Power of Attorney...

We talk a lot about that on here.... and we won't stop until our clients are protected!

A will deals with your assets after you pass away, however an Enduring Power of Attorney allows a nominated person of your choice, to deal with them while you are still here, but incapable of doing so.

Both are extremely important, and we recommend everyone has them!
