Further information to follow about the new scheme to help first time buyers get on the property market.

The scheme will allow first time buyers to purchase a new build home directly from a developer taking part in the scheme with only a 2.5% deposit with a 20% equity loan being granted by the government.

More details will be given in due course.

The stamp duty holiday officially came to an end on the 31 March. I did wonder what impact this may have on the property market but instructions continued to flow throughout April, which is great news.
