Recycling 4 Rehoming is a small, family but reliable house and commercial property clearance business.

We have a reputation for doing the job well. It is our good reputation that has made this business as successful as it is. We offer our services to a wide range of customers such as private individuals, private landlords, social services, estate and letting agents and local councils. We are registered with the Environment Agency and carry a Waste Carriers Licence. We take away the stress of clearing and emptying property on the day, but not just taking away the best and leaving the rest, we take away everything, including the rubbish. We can even clean the property and tidy the garden. We are a green business, we recycle 80-90% of a house clearance by selling the saleable items and donate to charity shops, so only minimal goes to landfill. We can arrange a convenient time to visit and look at what you need clearing. We will be able to give you a realistic timescale to complete the clearance. If you are unable to deal with us direct because you live out of area, are abroad, or have other commitments we can work with a neighbour, other family member, solicitor, estate agent and arrange to meet with them. If preferred, we can arrange to collect keys for a certain day. An invoice will be sent to you after an inspection by the representative, or emailed photos before and after clearance to confirm the work has been completed. By keeping our operating costs as low as possible we will be able to provide you with a reasonable quote that should provide a good value for money service. Considering the cost of skip-hire, van-hire and indeed man-power among various other DIY costs in comparison, we will actually save you money. We try to be as flexible as possible and will work at times to suit you. We can use unmarked vans for your discretion. You do not need to pack anything if you have not already done so as we have to separate & sort items for recycling & charity. We can pack everything ourselves, clothing, empty drawers, cupboards and even the food from the cupboards.
