Association of British-Nigerian Law Enforcement Officers - ABLE Officers

Association of British-Nigerian Law Enforcement Officers - ABLE Officers (ABLE) is a charitable membership organisation made up of British Law enforcement officers of Niger

The organisation was established in 2004, to support the efforts of both British and Nigerian governments in the actualisation of policies as it relates to Nigerians in the UK, especially in the area of law enforcement as it pertains to Nigerians in the UK and worldwide. ABLE also prides itself in its ability and openness to consultation, offering inter-governmental advice (within the confines of

laws and regulations governing Law Enforcement agencies) as may be required as well as raise awareness amongst the Nigerian communities in the UK. Our aim is to help establish the image of Nigeria and Nigerians in the UK by enhancing co-operation between law enforcement agencies in Nigeria and UK and where possible advise and input into policy consultations in addition

We recognise the need to project a more positive image of Nigeria and Nigerians, especially in the area of law enforcement in the UK and worldwide. To support British and Nigerian Government’ Law Enforcement Agencies in crime reduction. To promote and publicise British-Nigerian Law Enforcement Officers (and other British-Nigerians in the UK) who have demonstrated excellence in their chosen careers. Facilitating and promoting positive relationship between the Nigerian and UK government on law enforcement.

It appears that our engagement with the Scottish Government is having a positive impact. This is a good example of why it is importance that we speak up and more importantly engage strategically with the right authorities.

If you are a displaced Adult Social Worker, please look into the option of moving to Scotland, do not be too lazy to conduct your own research.

To all those who collaborate with Association of British-Nigerian Law Enforcement Officers - ABLE Officers, I say thank you, especially Home Office and Scottish Govt, NIDO UK South and Renewed Hope UK.

John Swinney also announced the Scottish government will open up walk-in GP surgeries.
