Let's break the silence and stigma surrounding menopause! Menopause is a natural phase of life that every woman experiences, yet many struggle in silence. This month, we’re shining a light on what menopause really means, how it affects women, and how we can better support each women through this transition.

💡 Did you know?

Menopause typically happens between ages 45-55.
Common symptoms include hot flashes, night sweats, mood swings, and sleep disturbances.
Women going through menopause are at a higher risk of osteoporosis and heart disease.
But you don’t have to go through it alone! This month, let’s spread awareness, share resources, and open up conversations about menopause. By talking about it, we can help normalize the experience and ensure women feel supported.

Talk to your doctor about managing symptoms.
Stay active and maintain a balanced diet for overall health.
