Are you confident on the phone, friendly, and looking for a part-time role that fits around school hours? We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Telesales / Customer Service Advisor to join our growing team at Four Seasons Future Planning Ltd.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people and providing a high level of customer service in a supportive, professional environment.

The Role
Making outbound calls to warm leads and existing clients

Providing excellent customer service and representing the company professionally

Speaking with clients to arrange appointments for our advisers
Accurately updating customer information on our systems

This is not hard sales – the focus is on clear communication, rapport building, and customer care.

Hours
Part-time: 16–20 hours per week
Flexible working hours, with shifts that can be arranged around school times

What We’re Looking For

A confident and friendly telephone manner

Good communication and listening skills
Reliable, organised, and punctual

Basic computer literacy

Previous telesales or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided
