This roof in Barrowby had seen better days, with multiple cracked and broken tiles, holes in the old felt - allowing water ingress and causing internal issues, a poorly installed dry verge system that needed replacing.

Solar panels removed ✔️ cleaned and reinstalled.

We have recently received enquiries and seen a review that appears to relate to another business/person operating under the exact same name, and we want to make this 100% clear:

✅ Lincs Property Maintenance (the business on this page) IS NOT affiliated, connected or associated in any way with the individual or business mentioned in these posts/reviews.

✅ We are a separate, independent business based in Ancaster, Grantham, NG32 3PX, contact number 07368 806907.

✅ It seems as though the other mentioned business/person has an ongoing dispute (screenshots attached).
The other party uses a different phone number (as seen on the leaflets), different contact details, and is not part of our company or team in any capacity - they even share the same first name, which adds to the confusion.

✅ We have checked our full job and customer records, and we have never carried out work for the person who left this review, nor does the work described match anything we have done.

We understand this mix‑up can be confusing and concerning, and we take our reputation extremely seriously. We have been providing property maintenance services locally, with a 5‑star rating from genuine customers, and we always stand behind our work.

Also, in the screenshots attached, you will see my ONLY Google page (which unfortunately now has dropped to a 4.5-star rating.) - from there you can click the Facebook link which will direct you to our official page.

This porch roof was completely past its best… ❌

The old mineral felt roof was covered in loose pebbles, split and cracked in multiple areas and had been allowing water ingress every time it rained. Over time this caused ongoing damp issues internally, while the existing fascias had completely rotted away due to prolonged exposure to moisture. 🌧️

✅ Stripped roof back
✅ Replaced all rotten timber/fascias

Another complete roofing morterless dry system completed by LPM ✅

This property was suffering from severely failed ridge and verge mortar across the entire roof system including:
• Main roof ridge
• 4 dormer ridges
• Extension ridge
• Gable/verge edges

The existing cement was cracked, deteriorated and failing throughout, leaving the roof vulnerable to water ingress, loose tiles and ongoing weather damage.

We carefully stripped the complete ridge system, removed all old failed mortar, cleaned down every ridge line and replaced damaged/broken tiles before installing a brand new maintenance-free dry ridge system across the property 🔥

The client had recently upgraded to anthracite fascia and guttering, so we also removed all failing verge mortar and installed a full anthracite dry verge system to perfectly match the property’s modern finish 👌
