Getting good at this picture taking business now! Water seeping under the floor from kids + bath shenanigans caused the sub floor to swell. Removed the old floor, repaired the sub floor and fitted new LVT (although the new floor is virtually the same as the old!)

A little job completed last week (lots of fun in the searing heat!!).
Replaced rotten subfloor, over boarded with ply and laid LVT over the top. New toilet fitted too.

Watch out for downstairs w/c conversion coming soon, waiting for a few little bits to finish off and will upload when it's done!

Ensuite renovation finished yesterday! This one created a few headaches due to the rather small space, but we have gone from a rather shabby space with an unusable shower to a working stylish ensuite. Clients were over the moon with the result, and once the electrician has been back will finally be able to enjoy the space.
