• Prevention of homelessness/defended eviction/defending mortgage repossession/tenancy and disrepair cases and other social welfare law problems
• Advice and representation in all areas of civil law for those with mental ill health, dementia, incapacity or acquired brain injury, their relatives and carers
• Providing initial advice, support, assistance and representation for Criminal Injuries Compensation
• Employment law advice and representation
• We can assist in obtaining medical evidence to support Benefit appeals. We undertake representation to the Upper Tribunal and Judicial Review in the Court of Session
• We provide legal advice, assistance and representation to disabled people throughout Scotland through our Disability and Social Justice Project
