One day, a son asked his father for a loan to start a business.

The father had saved his hard-earned money for many years. He told his son:
“I have kept the cheque inside one of three jars. Go and find it yourself.”

The son entered the room.

The first jar was beautiful, decorated with flowers and a lovely card.
The second jar contained old family photos, memories, and clothes from the past.
The third jar was in a dirty corner. It smelled terrible. The room was messy, small, and uncomfortable.

The son checked the first two jars carefully, but he refused to touch the third jar because of the smell and dirt. He came back to his father and said,
“The cheque is not there.”

The father asked him,
“Did you check every jar properly?”

The son replied,
“I didn’t check the third one.”

The father smiled and said:
“If you are not ready to search everywhere, face discomfort, and put full effort into finding an opportunity, then you are not yet prepared to run a business or take responsibility.”

Lesson of life:
Success does not only come from comfortable places.
Real growth begins when we are willing to do difficult, uncomfortable, and unpleasant work.

Many people want success, but very few are ready to go through the struggle, sacrifice, and hard work behind it.

Never give up halfway.
Sometimes the biggest opportunity is hidden in the place nobody wants to look.

Another successful Administrative Review outcome.

After carefully reviewing the full interview transcript provided by the student, it was clear that she had performed very well in her interview and answered the questions correctly. Despite that, her visa application was unfortunately refused.

We drafted and submitted her Administrative Review, and I am pleased to share that the refusal has now been overturned.

Alhamdulillah, she is now on track to join her university in the UK for the upcoming intake.

Administrative Review can make a real difference when a refusal decision is flawed, but it must be handled strategically and with precision.

Today my heart feels full.

My daughter Maheera sent me this beautiful message after finding the meaning of my name, Mosiur. It means advisor, guide, one who shows the right path. Reading her words touched me deeply because it reflects not only my name, but also the profession and purpose Allah has placed in my life.

As someone who works every day to guide people through important life decisions in immigration and higher education, this felt like a powerful reminder that nothing is by accident. Sometimes Allah writes our purpose into our name long before we even understand the journey.
