Our story

Our firm began in 2011, when our founder Daniel Donaldson found himself dissatisfied with the present state of the Scottish legal system and decided to take some action. He established Legal Spark, a firm that commits itself to the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct with a mission to promote accessible and affordable legal services.

Our firm has defined itself with several cases such as aiding an aspiring entrepreneur in securing his intellectual property, seeing those with disabilities compensated where necessary, and ensuring that the Scottish education system remains fair for all.

Legal Spark is also committed to reinvesting the profits of our private work; which allows the firm to maintain a commitment to legal aid by helping those who would otherwise go without access justice.
