Update: Covid 19 Restrictions

Further to the First Minister’s statement of 13th January 2021, the entirety of Scotland is now under an obligation to stay at home unless it is absolutely necessary to leave your home for essential purposes.

We are no exception to this rule, and as such we shall continue to work with our doors closed in order to protect our clients, as well as ourselves.

We shall always insist that we deal with your query by telephone in the first instance, and should you require to have a telephone conference call with us then we can make all necessary arrangements to facilitate that.

COVID-19 Restrictions

Further to the First Minister’s statement of 4th January 2021, the entirety of Scotland is now under an obligation to stay at home unless it is absolutely necessary to leave your home for essential purposes.

We are no exception to this rule, and as such we shall continue to work with our doors closed in order to protect our clients, as well as ourselves.

Should there be circumstances in which you must physically visit the office, having exhausted all other possible alternative arrangements, we have set up an intercom so that you can speak with someone at reception so that the door can be opened to allow entry. We will only be able to take appointments in advance, which should be made by telephone.

You must ensure that you have a suitable face covering on, that you sanitise your hands upon entry and that you have your temperature taken using our temperature gauge in the reception area.

These additional precautions have been taken with the health and safety of our clients in mind. We trust that you will understand this with the vast majority of businesses now adopting similar requirements.

We shall always insist that we deal with your query by telephone in the first instance, and would reiterate that entry will only be allowed in circumstances where there is physically no other alternative to address the matter that we are assisting you with.

We have chosen The Archie Foundation because we recently learned about 12 year old Ben Hickman, from the Seaboard Village, Balintore. Ben’s family received the devastating news in September 2020 that he has a large cancerous Sarcoma tumour.

Ben has recently started his treatment in Aberdeen Children’s hospital.

The Archie Foundation help to provide specialist equipment for children like Ben. It also helps to support families, to create amazing hospital environments, enhance staff training, buy toys, fund research and provide specialist staff.
