🏡 21st Oct 2025 – What an amazing day!

Viewed an auction property today — and I can feel my expertise growing with every inspection. I did a detailed walkthrough, identified the key issues, and my refurb team has already provided the quote.

The property itself is impressive — great location, strong rental demand, peaceful surroundings, and just a short walk to the metro station.

The auction kicks off tomorrow, and with such a low starting bid, it drew a big crowd of investors during the 30-minute viewing slot. Definitely a high-demand property with solid GDV potential.

The past week has been intense — finding a solicitor ready to work on a tight 14-day completion timeline and securing a bridging loan wasn’t easy, but it’s all sorted now. ✅
