So last week we were called in by our good friends over at Combined Services to assist them in a referb of The Canny Lad in Peterlee.

Some grooling hours with a lot of blood, sweat and lack of sleep but we got there.

The Combined lads were tasked with the install of brand new plumbing and heating systems, the refurb and plumbing of the toilet facilities as well as the install of fire alarm, data and cctv systems

It was good to work in partnership with the lads and the results speak for themselves

On this job we were asked to remove a stud wall and move a radiator which formed a walk in wardrobe

We got on with removing the stud wall and then with help from our partners at Electraheat North East Limited all loose electrics from the wall were relocated as was the radiator and pipe work

The window, walls and ceiling were then given a skim before our partners at True Colors Decorating came in and worked their magic with the decor

I was then able to install these three wardrobe which were supplied by wren

I had a customer call and asked if I could install their new dish washer

The issue was next to the sink unit was a 600mm base unit, this had to be removed so we could fit the 450mm wide dish washer, because of the space left over after the washer was in place we've installed a 200mm base unit at the end of the line and a new plinth

We also renewed all the sink pipe work, as you can see from the before photo it had seen better days

We've had another one

I was contacted by the customer to state they had another joiner out to floor the sitting room, hall way, cupboard and toilet, the last four photos show his shoddy workmanship causing damage to archtrave and door frames all throught the lower floor in the process.

What I thought would be a case of replacing a few planks ended up with me completely redoing the hall way and toilet to a much better standard, I was also asked to replace all the beading on the lower floor due to it being poorly installed by the previous joiner.

Again another happy customer
