You are beautiful, even before your cut hair has fallen to the hairdresser/barber's floor, or changed its colour. The hard part (and I've been there), is believing it. Your hairstyle, colour and cut are temporary, which is why you keep on having to get it done. The energy from which you are created is permanent, but shifts from one form to another throughout eternity.
The contrast we experience during our physical life causes us to question who we are, why we're here, and where did we come from, but it also causes us to compare ourselves to others. We're taught relativity; hot and cold, up and down, tall and short, large and small, etc., which sets us up for a lifetime of comparison. But this is just a tool to help us choose what we like and what we don't; what makes us happy and what doesn’t; what experiences we would choose for ourselves, and what we wouldn't. This causes us to re-think and make adjustments.
The truth is, you are unique! A totally unique set of circumstances led to the creation of you, and no-one else has had exactly the same experiences as you. There is no-one else, no-one exactly the same as you in the entire Multiverse; not even your identical twin, so comparing yourself to others, or putting value in the expectations of others, then temporarily changing our physical appearance, is gilding the lily of who you really are. You are definitely not your hair, your body, your car, your bank balance, or your job. You were made in the image and likeness of the Creator, which has a lot more to do with the energy from which you were made, than your physical appearance.
As illustrated by an image of a single cell that I shared recently, you are a beautiful, astonishing ball of energy made up of trillions of cells, with incredible power to influence and create the world in which you choose to live. You have powers beyond your wildest imagination. The energy in your heart and brain, when working together, have life and world changing abilities. Nothing is impossible for you, and you are beautiful, no matter what. So chill out about that hair-do, and relax. Get it done, yes, for fun rather than to improve on the perfection you are. Celebrate your authentic SELF! YOU... ARE AMAZING! I'm definitely celebrating you.
