Customer contacted us regarding a leak to the abutment of the main house & flat roof leading into her kitchen. Upon inspection we found pin holes & no flashings on the felt upstands. The mortar previously applied fell apart leaving behind the felt exposed to weather. Today we have repaired the area, installing a ubiflex flashing throughout, along side a rinus shield water proofing liquid to cover any pin holes that maybe exposed.
