Great news for First Time Buyers
From 30 June 2018 the Scottish Government have raised the zero tax threshold to £175000 for first time buyers,This means first time buyers of houses in Scotland will not pay any stamp duty on purchases up to £175000.Indeed first time buyers who buy at above £175000 will also benefit from the relief on the portion of the price below £175000.There are qualifying criteria and if you need more info then please contact us direct.We can advise on all aspects of the house buying process
