We have bought and sold many properties over the years, and we’ve become adept at knowing what buyers look for and, more importantly, what will raise red flags for them.
Based on all that accumulated knowledge, we have developed a one-stop product for people who are thinking of selling, or if you are already on the market but not getting the number of viewings you had hoped for.
The process begins with a sale-ready assessment, where we will come and inspect your property for things that might harm your chances with buyers. We will generate a report and give you a concise list of things to target. This alone might be enough if you have the time and the know-how to take care of those jobs, but if you need a bit more help to get those jobs done, we offer a refresh day service to come and work through as much of the list as possible. And the great part is, if you book the refresh day within 14 days of your assessment, we will deduct the cost of the assessment from the price.
