Conveyancing secretary - job description
The candidate must have experience of working in a busy conveyancing department.
The candidate would be expected to open files using our computer case management system (experience of LEAP would be preferred but not essential as training will be given), prepare quotes using a software system, deal with post completion land registry applications, taking telephone calls, updating clients and estate agents by telephone and face to face if needed, general audio typing of contracts/transfers and general correspondence, filing, ability to work under pressure and within a team. A good personable telephone manner is essential.
