COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Client Guidance and Policy
We are issuing this guidance and policy as a health and safety measure. We ask that you be prepared, be careful and be considerate.
From today, we will be imposing the following safety measures:
1. We will not see any client at the office for face-to-face meetings except in exceptional circumstances. This applies to all new and existing clients. All communication is to be by phone or email. If you think a face-to-face meeting is required, please call or email our office in the first instance.
2. You must not, under any circumstances, attend at our office without prior arrangement. If you do, you will be asked to leave.
3. Documents are to be sent to us by:
a. Post (including by depositing documents in our letterbox);
b. E-mail (please email any documents to the member of staff in charge of your case)
c. In exceptional cases only, with prior arrangement, documents may be delivered to our reception by hand. In such a case, please call our office in advance to arrange this.
4. Documents will be sent to you by email/post only.
5. For any face to face meetings, we ask you to:
a. Not to shake hands with our staff;
b. To stand/sit at least 2 metres from our staff
6. We will be unable to allow access to our toilet facilities until further notice
