Home Log Book

Home Log Book We create the most interactive and environmentally friendly home user guides for new homes in the uk.

The Home Log Book is a secure, Internet based Log Book for homes containing all the vital information about a home, including planning, legal, warranties and guarantees, energy efficiency and management, instruction manuals, management and maintenance details and the home user guide (HUG). The log book sets out a range of building related matters organised into various headings with relevant Folde

rs and Sub-Folders. The Log Book is designed as a practical working home user guide. The Log Book provides buyers with all the information they need, in a way that suits them, helping to improve customer service and better meet buyer expectations. Buyers can access their Log Book from the web and their smart phone and will fit in seamlessly as part of your sales and marketing initiatives. The Log Book is more environmentally friendly than large expensive paper folders and ensures developers comply with the Consumer Code for Home Builders and gain 3 points towards the Code for Sustainable Homes. Our Home Log Book can help developers sell their homes and to track and monitor site visits and conversions. You can give potential buyers secure controlled access to all the information they need, inspiring great confidence.
