I qualified as a Solicitor in early 2018 at a firm based in West Sussex called Hodkin & Company. The firm has vast experience in a wide range of services and has enjoyed success with several high-profile legal cases.
I offer fuss-free remote services, from one’s own home or work. In today’s fast paced world, many are busy with work or family and prefer the benefits of modern remote assistance. Some live abroad and require help with assets or estates in the UK.
I specialise in Wills, the Administration of Estates also known as Probate, and Lasting Powers of Attorney. I provide a range of independent legal advice related to the signing of mortgage documents, personal guarantees, occupier’s deed of consent, statutory declaration, swearing an oath, and certified copies. I also work in some Contract Law, Commercial Leases and Property, Equity Release (also known as Lifetime Mortgages) and Matrimonial.
Having worked from home since the pandemic, I presently have the pleasure of offering home visits for the preparation of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, assistance with Probate and more, for those living around the North Lake District and Carlisle.
