🥺Cancellations - I ALWAYS text the day before to confirm my appointments. There has been a rise in cancellations lately - I understand, life happens. However I am now implementing a process of a £30 deposit being payable on booking an appointment (which will of course be deducted from the overall job cost).

Absolutely delighted to have over 200 followers, thank you to all of my wonderful clients for your support it means the world, always 🫶🏻

I talk about death and losing capacity daily; I am black and white - no frills or fluff - these things need to be addressed and a dollop of humour helps. This last fortnight I have attended more end of life care appointments than ever before. I have rushed home to my husband and children and squeezed them a bit tighter on those days. Even I get upset behind closed doors when I have the privilege of spending time with someone who is saying their goodbyes.

The message? This ISN’T a dress rehearsal. Live your truth and don’t sweat the small stuff. None of it really matters in the end. Be safe and be kind. Polly xx
