Absolutely delighted to have over 200 followers, thank you to all of my wonderful clients for your support it means the world, always 🫶🏻

I talk about death and losing capacity daily; I am black and white - no frills or fluff - these things need to be addressed and a dollop of humour helps. This last fortnight I have attended more end of life care appointments than ever before. I have rushed home to my husband and children and squeezed them a bit tighter on those days. Even I get upset behind closed doors when I have the privilege of spending time with someone who is saying their goodbyes.

The message? This ISN’T a dress rehearsal. Live your truth and don’t sweat the small stuff. None of it really matters in the end. Be safe and be kind. Polly xx
