Carmel O’Meara & Co. Solicitors are looking for a Legal Secretary to join their team.

Experience is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
The position is for Tuesday – Friday each week 9.00am-5.30pm

Key responsibilities:
Front of house duties, meeting clients, answering telephone and arranging consultations
Amending documents, drafting letters and emails;
Diary management;
Photocopying, scanning and filing;
Filing - keeping hardcopy file up to date;
Assisting with daily running of practice including cleaning/sanitising duties.
Any other duties which may be required to ensure office efficiency.
Key skills:
Interpersonal skills
Excellent computer skills including Word and Outlook;
Excellent typing speeds with attention to detail essential;
Strong written and oral communication skills;
Positive attitude;
Excellent organisational skills.
