Sutherland & Co Law is growing our property team and looking for an experienced CILEX Practitioner (3+ years PQE) to take on a busy, mixed residential and commercial conveyancing caseload.
This is a hands-on, autonomous role suited to someone confident managing complex transactions and delivering outstanding client service.
What you’ll be doing:
• Managing a full conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion
• Handling residential matters including title issues, searches, SDLT and completions
• Working on commercial transactions including leases, renewals, acquisitions and development work
• Advising on risk, resolving complex issues, and supporting junior team members
What we’re looking for:
• 3+ years’ experience in property/conveyancing law
• Strong residential + commercial conveyancing knowledge
• Confident working independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Experience mentoring junior staff (desirable)
