Is Your Will Up to Date? ✍️
Having an updated Last Will and Testament is essential to ensure your wishes are carried out exactly as you intend. 🏠👨👩👧👦
Already have a Will. 🧐 It’s important to review and update it regularly, especially if any of the following changes apply to your circumstances:
✅ Marriage – Your Will could be revoked automatically if you marry after creating it, unless it was made in contemplation of marriage.
✅ New children – Whether by birth, adoption, or taking responsibility for a child, this could impact your Will.
✅ Name changes – For you or anyone mentioned in your Will (e.g., through marriage).
✅ Executor changes – If your chosen Executor has passed away or is no longer able to fulfil their role.
✅ Beneficiary changes – If a beneficiary has passed or circumstances have changed.
✅ Property changes – If you’ve sold or altered property mentioned in your Will.
✅ Divorce or separation – A significant life change that requires revisiting your Will.
✅ Other changes – If there’s anything you wish to revoke or alter.
Don't leave things to chance. If any of these apply, it's time to update your Will! 📝
