**Receptionist Vacancy** - CLOSING DATE - FRIDAY 31ST OCTOBER AT 5PM

We are seeking a motivated and organised full time (35 hours) Receptionist to join our legal firm

This position is ideal for individuals with experience in an office environment undertaking Reception duties and providing essential administrative support. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and efficient operation of front desk duties.

Responsibilities
Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times
Assist with some typing and clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Utilise Microsoft Word for document creation
Support the team with administrative tasks as required, including some typing

Experience - The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Previous experience in an office or administrative role is advantageous but not essential
Typing skills
