HLA is Three & Thriving! 🎂🎉
In October 2023, we opened the doors with a small team, a clear idea of the firm we wanted to be, and everything still to prove.
Three years later, the team stopped today for a well-earned treat, and there's plenty to celebrate.
From the start, we wanted to build a firm where work is accurate and properly justified, where people are trained into experts and supported to grow, and where relationships with law firms go beyond the next account or fee note.
That's what has shaped the last three years. We've welcomed new faces and seen trainees develop into skilled law accountants who now help lead the business. We've launched HLA Academy to support the firms we work with. And in September, we were named winners of Excellence in Support Services at the Scottish Legal Awards.
None of that happens without a great team and clients who put their trust in us. To everyone who has been part of it so far, thank you.
The first three years have been about building something we're proud of. The next years are about taking it even further!
