As a result of the public holiday announced for HM Queen Elizabeth II’s funeral our office will be closed on Monday 19th September.

All JP, Sheriff and High Court sittings have been suspended. If you have a case calling in court on Monday, it will be postponed and new dates will be intimated to you shortly.

There will be a custody sitting for Airdrie Sheriff Court on Saturday 17th September (held at Hamilton Sheriff Court). If any clients have been taken into custody to appear at this court we will attend to their representation.

Otherwise for any urgent enquiries clients may have, the 24 hour telephone line (01236 453004) will be manned by the firm duty lawyer.
