Employers, holiday record-keeping is now a legal obligation.
In this clip, Andrew Nyamayaro explains that under the new employment law requirements, businesses must retain records of annual leave, holiday entitlement and holiday pay for at least six years.
Missing records could mean penalties or enforcement action from the Fair Work Agency.
