▪️Will Writing
▪️Lasting Power of Attorney
▪️Probate and estate administration
▪️Trusts and estate planning
From the comfort of your own home 🖊️ With over 30 years experience in the industry between us, we truly believe in providing our clients with an exceptional, honest and personal experience when dealing with their legal service needs. Our aim is

to provide an alternative to overpriced services from other legal professionals within the community but most of all to break down all the complicated legal jargon associated with many of our services so you understand exactly what you need, how to do it and what each part means. As a family, we understand how precious moments with our loved ones are and we want you to spend more time with those you care for by taking the hassle and stress away where it comes to estate planning and administration. As probate practitioners and estate planners, we dedicate our time to our company and to you. We are authorised by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) to offer probate services for non-contentious Wills. Details of our probate accreditation can be viewed at icaew.com/probate under reference number C006087784. In 2014, the ICAEW became an approved regulator and licensing authority for probate services – which means that you no longer have to use a solicitor or bank. (If a Will is contentious it needs to be handled by a solicitor and we can recommend you a good one.) We are also members of the Society of Will Writers, and abide by their Code of Conduct.

🌟 A quiet question — and a small ask 🤍🌟

Over the last few months, especially navigating my own health challenges here in Cyprus & the UK I’ve been working on creating a free resource to help people in medical situations. 🌍✨

This idea came to life after I had a second attack in Paphos, Cyprus. Thanks to the information we had on hand, I was able to get immediate and correct care, and it truly made a life-saving difference. While I have been in a Limassol hospital I’ve used my evenings wisely. 🥰
I want to make this kind of FREE support available to everyone, no matter where in the world they are.
And I realize that if I’d had this information at hand when I was rushed into A&E while in the UK, it could have made a world of difference there too.

This is a GLOBAL effort, and the more responses we gather, the better we can shape it. Just think — if each of you shares this with your friends, and they share it with theirs, we can reach people all over the world. 🌐 That’s how meaningful change happens — through the power of numbers and the ripple effect of sharing. 📈💫

I’ve put together a short, confidential reflection to understand how people feel and prepare in medical situations — both for themselves and when supporting others. It takes 2–3 minutes, and responses can be completely anonymous. 💌

If this resonates with you, I’d love to have your input. And if it doesn’t resonate directly, please feel free to share — it may reach someone who needs it. The more voices we hear, the better we can make this for everyone.

😘Thank you for being part of my circle and for always supporting what I do. 🤗✨

💒 Remember: if you have a Will when you’re single then get married, that Will is now invalid and you need a new one!

👶 it is always a good idea to review your Will to check your plans are still up to date. This includes guardians for your children, funeral wishes, age you wish your children to inherit, and more..

💘 Divorce: getting divorced doesn’t invalidate your Will, your forgot spouse simply isn’t included anymore auntomatically as if they had predeceased you. It still is good practice to review and update your Will.

It really is vital to have a valid Will in place if you have children under 18.

I have spoke to three different people the other day who simply said ‘I don’t have anything to leave’ ‘I’m not worth anything in that way’ ‘I have no assets’.

But then told me then have a new born baby, a three year old, a ten year old and two 13 year olds between them.

YOUR CHILDREN COULD END UP IN CARE should the worst happen to you (and your partner) if you do not have a valid Will in place naming guardians.

Not only can you name specific people who you trust and want to look after your children if you pass away, but you can:

🔹 choose the age they inherit their inheritance (eg. 21 years of age)
🔹 have in writing where you wish them to grow up (eg. To stay in the Midlands and attend the same school)
🔹 provide the named guardians with instructions on how the inheritance can be used (eg. They may use money to pay for the children’s education)

Have any questions? Let us know below or of course, as always, inbox us and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Let us help protect your family for the unpredictable future with our tailor made Will Writing service for only £250 per couple (£175 for a single) 🖊

Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA’s) for:
🔹 Health and Welfare
🔹 Property and Financial (personal)
🔹 Property and Financial (business)

An LPA allows you to choose who can make decisions on your behalf should you not be able to yourself - for example having had a bad accident or an illness causing loss of cognitive function like dementia.

Once the donor (your loved one, close friend or you yourself) has lost capacity, your affairs become a 'case' and then go to the Court of Protection to decide who can look after the assets of the donor. This can be a very long and expensive process as well as distressing.

We can help you put your Lasting Power of Attorney in place for only £250 per document including certification.

❤️🔔 It's Time for Love 🔔❤️

We know the dreaded C word cancelled/delayed many weddings over the last two years and lots of our clients have now finally had their wedding day or are just putting together the final bits of planning. We would like to wish all the about-to-be weds and newly weds the biggest congratulations and all the luck in the world for the future.

Don't forget, on marriage, unless specifically stated, any previous Will is no longer valid and you must create a new one. If you haven't yet written your Will, let marriage be the perfect excuse to get your affairs in order!

We can draft both of your Wills and have it all prepared and ready for signing once you are legally married for only £250. What's not to lose? (No hidden extras - this is the price for two fully drafted Wills for you and your partner).

If you have not yet set a date, but know you are going to legally wed 'soon', then we can also draft your Wills in contemplation of marriage, meaning they will be legally valid pre and post the big day.
