Sold my house… and suddenly I understand every emotion my clients have ever had!! I’m now on the hunt for a period home with a bit of land in Newquay, stretching out to St Columb Major, Perranporth, and my lovely Cubert connections. The dream spec:

• 4 proper bedrooms
• A big, sociable kitchen
• At least two reception rooms
• 1–3 acres
• No low ceilings
• Character, charm, and a sense of history

A lovely surprise from a very grateful client today — three bottles of wine to celebrate finally getting them through a chain of seven properties, with two chains merging into one.They were right at the end, waiting for another sale to change hands on Friday, and didn’t get keys until 5pm… but we got them there. Proud of the teamwork with Petra (who was our unsung hero on Friday!) and Claire on this one. 🍷✨
