Carta believes Omne will not sign this pact, Algo has not changed the dialogue discussing how this pact is argued and will be supported. Much to our disappointment.

we support the non aggression pact, we would like to first see an agreement come to the airbase. we need to see that Omne's intentions are not aggressive

We ask Omne if there are any wishes or possible agreements in terms of banning the weapon.

We also feel the need to emphasize that the suggested community for observing the states that possess the weapons are only for neutral countries and biased countries do not have the possibility to interfere.

Ingo supports Carta's opinions on chemical weapon.

We propose 3 things:
- a complete ban on the weapon PS-128M
- a community of the neutral countries, Ingo, Exton and Carta, as observers on the states that possess the weapon
- a future agreement on further economic agreement

The ambassador's opening statement at the International Arms Control Conference this morning:
Good morning delegates. We, the nation of Carta, view these weapons to be environmentally abhorrent to both man and nature. Our cities and environment have been poisoned as a result of this chemical’s manufacturing and testing. As a result, Carta stands in front of this delegation to discuss the reduction and elimination of this chemical weapon, PS-182M. We hope these talks would lead to comprehensive chemical disarmament. We hope that by the end of these talks, we can transcend political boundaries and reach a comprehensive agreement amongst all parties.
