*IMPORTANT CLIENT MESSAGE - CORONAVIRUS*

We would like to reassure all current and prospective clients that our practice continues to operate and provide a full service, despite the restrictions put in place by the UK and Scottish Governments as a result of the Coronavirus pandemic.

We continue to be contactable on our usual office number 01236 222888 ; e-mail [email protected] should you wish to discuss any matter relating to your case.

Our normal business hours remain unchanged at Monday - Friday; 9am - 5pm. You can continue to telephone or contact us during those hours.

For new clients, we are able to take instructions by telephone to commence a new claim.

We have IT systems and procedures in place for our staff to work fully from home, in line with government advice to encourage social distancing.

Also in line with that advice, we are unable at the moment to have face to face meetings with clients. We would ask clients to refrain from visiting the office personally unless there are exceptional circumstances for doing so. Any matters can be discussed by telephone and case documents sent to us by post or e-mail.

We apologise for any inconvenience, but please know that we are here and progressing client cases as fully as circumstances allow.

We remain committed to minimising disruption and providing a personalised client service. We hope all of you remain safe and healthy during this difficult time.

Our offices close at 1pm on Tuesday 24th December. We are closed on Christmas Day and Boxing Day. We will be open on 27th and 30th December (both until 4pm); and on 31st December (until 1pm). We are closed on 1st and 2nd January 2020. On 3rd January we will be open till 4pm. Normal business hours will resume on Monday 6th January.

We wish all our clients (past and present), friends, family and professional colleagues a very Merry Christmas, and a peaceful and prosperous 2020.

Although we specialise in personal injury litigation, we also undertake damp and defective housing claims and litigation. We have over 20 years experience litigating such claims against local authorities, housing associations or private landlords.
