Meet Liz Pelleymounter, a Residential Conveyancer with over 20 years’ experience in solicitors’ firms.

Having started out as an office junior, Liz worked her way up to paralegal before qualifying with her CILEX Level III Certificate in Law and Practice.

She spent 10 years in commercial property and the last 10 in residential property, dealing with sales, purchases, deeds of gift, transfers of equity, remortgages and Help to Buy matters.
