Joinery, Painting and Decorating - Stirling

I completed this job just before Christmas, but I was so so busy that I didn't have time to take pictures!

Still super busy...🤣 but.......

✅Internal leak caused floor to flood in sitting room

✅Sourced leak to main feed pipe inside cavity wall

✅ Plumber rectified same day (as per my request) as I couldn't fix it myself due to proximity of other pipes

✅Old laminate floor lifted and brand new laminate floor laid

✅Wall repaired with new studwork, plasterboard, insulation, plaster and painted to match

All completed within a week from first lifting floor, letting it all dry out and rectifying before Christmas.

I'll let my customer do the talking on this one 😉

Painting and plumbing - Alloa

These 7 units located in Caste Street in Alloa, were really tired and needed cleared out, cleaned, painted and replacement toilets fitted with new hand basins, prior to being available to rent.

✅ Walls painted with pure brilliant white masonry paint

✅Toilets and sinks removed and replaced with modern furniture

✅Floor double coated with Polyurethane Floor paint

Currently working my way through this project , so I'll be posting these when completed.

✅Solid Sycamore vanity unit double coated in OSMO Polyx Clear
