We are looking for two secretaries in our Gloucester office. (This is an office based post.) We need a part-timer, (approx 20 hours per week but we can be flexible on this as there is scope to help out in other departments) in our litigation department (predominantly PI and family) and a full-timer who will do predominantly commercial property, with a bit of residential thrown in.

Six years of hard work came to fruition last week, when the Davey Law team successfully negotiated a substantial settlement on a complex clinical negligence claim, on behalf of a client at mediation. I was sceptical that a result could be mediated in less than 8 hours but the mediator guided us to a conclusion in a little under 5 hours.
