There's a lot of misinformation out there about Wills, LPAs, and estate planning — and it stops people from taking steps that could make a real difference to their families. Let's set the record straight.

❌ MYTH: "I'm too young to need a Will or LPA." ✅ FACT: Illness, accidents, and unexpected events happen at every age. WHAT IS A PROPERTY PROTECTION TRUST — AND DOES YOUR FAMILY NEED ONE?

If you own your home, a Property Protection Trust (PPT) could be one of the most important steps you take to protect your family's future.

Here's the problem it solves:
When one partner dies, their share of the home typically passes to the surviving partner. That sounds fine — until that partner remarries, goes into care, or changes their Will.
