It's Mental Health Week 🧠

With 1 in 6 working-age adults experiencing mental health issues at work, a supportive workplace environment is key for staff to feel they can be open and honest with their employer.

Our MD, Louise Kenny, has this to say about how she strives to achieve a positive working environment.

"Mental Health Awareness Week is an important reminder that behind every role, deadline and client matter are people who need support, understanding and balance.

Working in law can be incredibly rewarding, but it can also bring pressure and long hours. That’s why creating a workplace where wellbeing is genuinely valued matters so much to me.

I’m especially proud that our firm is made up predominantly of women. Talented professionals who often juggle the demands of both work and home life with incredible resilience and dedication.

For me, supporting mental health is about creating a culture where people feel comfortable speaking openly, taking time when needed, and knowing they are supported without judgement.

When people feel valued and cared for, they do their best work - and that benefits not only our team, but also our clients.
