Need housing advice or support?

Our Bolsover Housing Drop-In takes place every other Wednesday from 11am to 2pm. Our next session will be tomorrow, 26th August 2026.

If you have questions about housing issues, come along and speak to our team. We're here to help.

Problems with disrepair in your home? We're here to help.

The Chesterfield Disrepair Project provides free, independent advice and support to tenants living with issues such as damp, mould, leaks and other property disrepair.

Be cautious of people who knock on your door promising compensation. Some claims companies may encourage legal action that does not address the underlying problems in your home and could leave you facing unexpected costs while the disrepair remains unresolved.

If you live outside of Chesterfield, we may still be able to help, so get in touch today.

Our advice is free, impartial and focused on achieving the best outcome for you and getting the repairs you need.

We're pleased to be funded by local authorities across Derbyshire to help deliver support under the new Renters' Rights Act.

If you're a tenant experiencing problems with your accommodation, unsure of your rights around pets and children, or need support with issues involving your landlord, our team is here to help. We offer expert advice, advocacy, and practical support to help renters understand their rights and access the assistance they need.

A huge thank you to our local authority funders for making this important work possible and for helping us expand support for renters across Derbyshire.

If you need housing advice or support, please get in touch with us.
