Would you look at my little heart warrior. It's easy to forget to how far she has come. ❤️‍🩹

💗 Twins Mabel and Meredith were born June 2021. 24 hours later, it was discovered that Mabel had severe aortic stenosis and coarctation of the aorta. Despite being Mabel’s identical twin, her sister Meredith did not suffer the same condition.

Heart mum Jess kindly tells us Mabel's story so far, talks about the incredible treatment her daughter received and how their family was helped and supported by CHSF during Mabel's time at the Leeds Congenital Heart Unit.
