We are recruiting!

We are looking to recruit an experienced, full-time residential conveyancer for our office in Chester le Street, ideally with a minimum of 5 years’ experience. All levels of qualification will be considered if you can demonstrate the skills and experience required..

The ideal candidate will be familiar with all aspects of residential conveyancing and be able to work largely unsupervised, albeit management and secretarial support is always on hand. There would be an expected caseload of 50-60 files.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful High Street firm which is very much part of the local community.

We offer a competitive salary depending on experience, 25 days’ annual leave plus Bank Holidays and Christmas closing, NEST pension scheme and potential for hybrid working subject to caseload requirements.

The Richmond Partnership has proudly served the local community for over 50 years. In the current economic climate, it’s more important than ever that we support our local community. We have chosen to do this by supporting our local foodbank, The Durham Christian Partnership (part of the Trussell Trust), which helps provide emergency food parcels for people facing hunger due to crisis through their 27 local distribution points. So far this year, we have donated nearly 130kgs of food and sanitary products to the collection points and we aim to increase that year on year to ensure that we continue to support members of our community in their time of need.

If you would be interested in helping us to support this amazing and worthwhile cause, you are welcome to drop off a donation at our office and we will gladly take it to a collection point for you.

County Durham and Sunderland Foodbanks are here to help anyone who is facing hunger because of crisis – for the parents skipping meals so their children can eat, for the tenant forced to go hungry just so they can pay the rent, for the elderly person making the stark choice between heating and eat...

Macmillan Coffee Morning on Friday 29th September .

It’s a chance for coffee, cake and a catch up while raising some dosh for a very good cause.

I’m looking for volunteer bakers please. Anyone who would like to bake (or fake) a contribution please can you let me know (Samatha Smith)

Clients are welcome to join in if anyone has any appointments booked in for that day, the more the merrier 😊 and there are various QR code stickers dotted about reception for anyone who can’t make it on the day but would like to contribute.
