I have an exciting opportunity for someone (ALBEIT IT JUST 1 HOUR ISH A DAY, AT THE MOMENT) to be trained to head up our new Social Media Programme by a super-duper-cool-exciting company based in London!

You won't need to do anything much to start with, other than listen / be trained for a few months on how to run / use their / our new marketing systems (which are AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!)...

Soooooo sorry for being distant, and huge apologies!

Amongst all this weird quietness and these horrible market conditions, we've just beavered away trying with all of our might to keep things busy!

In a market where the BBC have reported that at least 3 out of 5 houses listed in JANUARY this year are still on the market, the Olive Crew have smashed 17 sales in 49 days, and in what seems to be one of the worst markets we have ever experienced! It is SAVAGE out there!

From land that rural agents valued less, and we ALWAYS sell for more, to spectacular modern bungalows... from character cottages way up high on The Mendips that need completely modernising, to beautiful modern houses in Glastonbury.... and from delapidated barns in the centre of Cheddar to 1.6 acre sites in the sticks with housing, barns, outbuildings, storage facilities and a potential building plot.... Olive Estate Agents are STILL completely rinsing it!!!

I cannot thank you all enough, your work ethic is outrageous (nearly like mine lol) and I applaud you immensely - Leanne, James, Jayne & Wendy, you are simply amazing!
