We are looking for a diligent part time residential lettings/ management administrator to join our small professional team at our Estate Agents office in Chalfont St Peter. The successful candidate would need to be well spoken, have a great telephone manner and be able to help Landlords and Tenants with problems and queries.

The job would entail:

Organising scheduled repairs and maintenance of our managed residential properties. This would involve contacting contractors and organising appointments to visit the properties, obtaining quotes and organising and overseeing the works and general property queries.

Ensuring that EICR’s, gas safety certificates and EPC are in place before tenants move into the properties.

Transferring utilities from the previous tenant’s name to the incoming tenants name and organising final bills.

Previous letting/ property management experience would be advantageous but not essential as training would be provided. The successful applicant would need to be computer literate.

The hours are 9.0 a.m. to 5 p.m. two days a week.
