A bit of info….

What I need before I can take legally take away your waste.

Public liability insurance.
Waste Carriers Licence.
Appropriate vehicle & insurance.
Waste Transfer notes.

These all cost money and are costs I have to incur.

When we get to CWM ( transfer station) we have to be weighed on the weigh bridge, then tip, then be weighed again. Sometimes this can take over a hour.

There are some really important things you need to check to protect yourself before you choose a Property Clearance Company.

Make sure that they are fully LICENSED by NRW (Upper Tier Waste Carrier) and fully insured.

Will they provide Waste Transfer Notes.

Are they Willing to offset valuable items against the clearance cost.

Are they Local or just operate in the area.

Check what they will do with waste, that it will be properly processed or recycled.

It’s a good idea to check reviews from previous customers to make sure they are legit.

Are they Registered with TRADING STANDARDS.
