10 years ago, Mia (in her early 20’s) started her first business with no money down. with a feeling of business and a lot of determination for success. It became the family’s income out of her family’s holiday home. Also invested in key areas where Mia had the feel and vision of fast scale capital growth by buying plots, title splitting and sell when the time was right. Mia & William are running other different businesses, in property and farm industry. The passion for property has never faded away one second, it pushed them for more challenges and new experiences. They understand the best of the meaning that any success is built on a mountain of failures. Hence, they keep seeking knowledge, refining, evolving, improving and feel that a mountain can be moved if is necessary in achieving success and goals. In 2024, they joined a CPD accredited Academy – Wealth through Property with Touchstone Education. They feel happy to have learnt so much more since joining the academy. The knowledge in property is even stronger with a good foundation, making great connections, creating beautiful friendships with other property investors and always having the invaluable coaching that can always come handy when wanting a piece of advice.
