Last night’s Public Auction was a tremendous success, with ALL THREE LOTS SOLD and each exceeding their guide prices! 🎉

The sale of the land on behalf of the Estate of the late Mr Albert Pickering attracted strong interest and competitive bidding throughout the evening, highlighting the continued demand for quality rural land in sought-after locations.

Most importantly, the nett proceeds from the sale will be donated to two very deserving charities; Wales Air Ambulance and Cancer Research - a wonderful legacy from Mr Pickering’s estate.
