Welsh Government now considering rights of unmarried couples cohabiting in a relationship of a minimum of three years.
Get a Cohabitation Agreement in place if you want to protect your assets.
Make a Will to provide for your spouse/partner/significant other…. However you prefer to phrase your circumstances.

Welsh Government considering rights for spouses who have been cohabiting for 3 years and more but are not married.
You can always make a Will to ensure things are properly sorted if you are an unmarried couple.
Pre-nup agreements to also be considered valid.
