After more than 30 years with Bendles, it was a pleasure to come together at Tullie to celebrate Alison Bone's retirement 👏🥂

Throughout her time with the firm, Alison, a Partner at Bendles specialising in Family Law, has made an incredible contribution to both her clients and colleagues and been a much-valued member of the team.

Looking back on her career, Alison said: "When I think about what I've enjoyed most about my time at Bendles, it's always been the people. It's been an absolute privilege to work alongside wonderful colleagues and support so many clients throughout my career. I'll always be grateful for the friendships, experiences and memories I've made along the way."

A huge thank you, Alison, for your commitment and outstanding service over the past three decades. Your contribution to Bendles has been immeasurable, and we wish you all the very best as you begin this next chapter.

Bendles Solicitors is delighted to be part of Tullie's Culture For All Campaign.

The initiative is providing 900 free tickets to families facing financial hardship at a time when the rising cost of living continues to impact our communities. Every ticket is valid for one adult and up to four children and we're proud to provide 100 of those tickets, ensuring local families can enjoy the cultural experiences on offer right in the heart of Carlisle.

Our Practice Manager, Eileen Longcake, was invited to the launch to meet the other Cumbrian businesses supporting the scheme, along with the charity partners who will be distributing the tickets to the families who will benefit most.

It was fantastic to see so many legal professionals come together for this year's Cumbria Family Justice Conference 👏

We're proud to support this event, which offers the opportunity to share knowledge, discuss developments within Family Law and build valuable connections.

A huge thank you to everyone involved in organising and supporting this year's conference at Rheged, near Penrith. Our Family team thoroughly enjoyed being part of such an insightful and well-attended event, and we're already looking forward to next year!

Team Bendles took to the field last week for the annual Handelsbanken Rounders Tournament at Carlisle Cricket Club, raising money for Carlisle Youth Zone and Eden Valley Hospice.

There was plenty of friendly competition, a great atmosphere, and the chance to spend time with local businesses, all in support of two fantastic charities.

A big thank you to Handelsbanken for another brilliant event and to everyone who took part. 👏
